What should I wear?

Wear clean, breathable clothing. For therapies like cold plunge, cryo, sauna, and HOCATT, bring a change of clothes and wear something appropriate for heat or water exposure. We always have a selection of clothing, feel free to use ours or wear your own!

Can I wear lotion, fragrance, or spray tan/topicals?

Please come with clean, product-free skin. Lotions, oils, body butters, fragrances, and spray tans can interfere with therapy absorption and may transfer to shared equipment.

How much water should I drink?

We recommend drinking 16–32 oz of water before and after your session to improve circulation, detox, and the effectiveness of all therapies.

Should I arrive early?

Yes, please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in, hydrate, and prepare.

Can I combine therapies during one visit?

Absolutely! Our team can recommend the best “stack” for your goals, like cryo + red light + PEMF.

What if I feel lightheaded after a session?

That can happen, especially with detox therapies or if you’re under-hydrated. Let our staff know right away so we can support you. Usually sitting down, hydrating, and resting briefly helps.

CLINIC POLICIES

We’re so glad you’re here! To keep everything running smoothly and ensure the best experience for you and others, we’ve put together a few important policies:

1. Memberships & Billing

Our memberships are flexible, month-to-month, and work just like a gym. Sessions don’t roll over if missed. No long-term commitment — just let us know before your next billing cycle if you’d like to pause or cancel.

2. HOCATT No-Show Policy

Each HOCATT session is reserved just for you. To honor that time, we kindly ask for at least 6 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-shows will result in the session being deducted or a $50 fee.

3. Walk-Ins Welcome

We love welcoming walk-ins! To secure your preferred time, we recommend booking ahead.

4. Running Late?

Life happens! If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session to stay on track.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases (sessions, packages, and memberships) are non-refundable.

6. Treatment Frequency

Every body is different. We’ll make personalized recommendations based on your goals and adjust as you go.

7. Respecting Our Space
