Angela Wakefield
With over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience and a lifelong passion for wellness, I founded Recovery One to create a space where healing is rooted in both science and heart. My journey began as a college athlete, where performance and recovery first sparked my interest in the power of the human body. Years later, after personally overcoming cancer, that interest turned into a mission—to help others feel better, live longer, and heal naturally.
I am certified in Infrared Class 4 Laser Therapy, PEMF Therapy, and Ozone Therapy, and I remain a dedicated student of the latest wellness innovations. Recovery One was born 2.5 years ago from a simple idea: that true recovery should be accessible, effective, and built on trust. Since then, we’ve grown purely through word of mouth—fueled by results, relationships, and a genuine desire to help people feel their best.
Everything I do is grounded in faith, family, and purpose. I’m grateful every day for my incredible husband, my loving family, and the opportunity to serve others through this work.
Doctor Wayne C. Furr, MD
Wayne C. Furr, MD of Lone Tree OB/GYN & Midwives, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist who’s been practicing for over 30 years. He attended Loma Linda University School of Medicine and did his residency at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles.
The multicultural nature of his residency experience has proven beneficial over the years of his practice, and his learning of Spanish has assisted him in mission trips to clinics in South and Central America. Dr. Furr served in active reserve U.S. Air Force from 1980-1982, Edwards AFB, California, and was honorably discharged in 1982 as Major.
